As new, minus the $899.00 price tag!  This is the old-school version with the Ludwig heads, 20-strand wires, P85 throwoff, and P33 diecast butt plate, same as the one in the demo video.  Expect minor signs of use, but you'd be hard pressed to distinguish it from a new drum.
