Aluminum shells are known for their dry, focused attack with minimal overtones.  This 3mm reinforced shell takes those tonal properties to another level. 

The unplated shell exterior is finished with a light coat of lacquer and features the classic Gretsch center knurling pattern.

Additional specs include the Lightning throw-off, top and bottom diecast hoops, "Snap-In" key holder, and 42-strand snare wires.
