"New style" TB12 bracket in chrome.  Standard equipment on all Collectors Series kits. 

Accepts any 1/2" rod or arm and can be mounted directly to the shell or via a Suspended Tom Mount (STM).  Features an internal, knurled slide locking mechanism for maximum grip and a low-profile, contoured, offset wing nut.

Includes memory lock, gasket, and mounting bolts.
