The condition is very good.  The center hole is round and the edge is smooth, with a couple of minuscule rough spots, but nothing I'd call a "fleabite."  Expect cosmetic signs of use, i.e. stick marks, fingerprints (lots of them due to the brilliant finish), light scratches and stains and the like.
